Visiting Deansfield school is an inspirational experience! The children I met were confident and eager to talk about equality and diversity, anxious to make sure everyone feels welcome at their school. Enthusiastic teachers are driving the ethos so that all children feel that sense of belonging. The picture books and resources used ensure good range of representation and the No Outsiders ethos supports the inclusive environment that everyone is clearly working towards.
